Yumaki returns and exchanges policy
You have the right to exchange or return products (for a full refund) within 14 days of receiving them. The products have to be unused, with labels and packaging intact.

When you return or exchange products, you have to cover the shipping charges. As soon as we receive them, we will exchange your products or give you a full refund, depending on your wish. You won't be reimbursed for our original shipping charges.

You take responsibility for any items lost during shipping when exchanging or returning products.

How to return or exchange Yumaki products
Contact us and state your order number, which products you wish to return and, if you'd like, the reason for the return (it helps us make our products even better). Then please wait for instructions. If you do not contact us before sending the products, you might not receive your refund or exchange.

Should you receive a delivery containing damaged or mispackaged products, we will cover all shipping charges and do everything we can to rectify our mistake. Either by offering new products or a refund, depending on your wish.
